With a passion for human potential and personal resilience, Maria empowers individuals to move from stress and self-doubt to clarity and trust.

Maria’s work is deeply influenced by her own experiences - both in the corporate world and as an ex-racehorse horse owner. She understands firsthand how our mindset shapes our ability to lead and build strong relationships – both with people and our horses. Her coaching blends psychology-backed techniques with practical strategies that create lasting change.

Maria has helped professionals improve their leadership impact, navigate challenges with greater ease, and develop a solution-focused approach to life. For ex-racehorse owners, she offers guidance on building trust and connection, reducing frustration, and developing a partnership.

Maria will share insights into the power of mental fitness - how shifting the way we think can transform our relationships, our performance, and our overall well-being.
