Series Competition leagues

The RoR competition leagues 2024 – 2025 are for members competing in dressage, showjumping and arena eventing.

Eligibility

For all RoR registered horses holding current competition membership and for riders aged 15 years and over of the current year.

The leagues recognise former racehorses that are competing in unaffiliated and affiliated competitions whilst offering members a fantastic opportunity to qualify and compete at The Jockey Club RoR National Championships at Aintree in 2025.

About the leagues

2024-2025 season

The new season leagues will commence on 1 September 2024 and finish on 31 May 2025. The registration form can be downloaded here.

The leagues recognise former racehorses that are competing in unaffiliated and affiliated competitions whilst offering members a fantastic opportunity to qualify and compete at the RoR National Championships in 2025.

  • The competition is for members competing in unaffiliated and affiliated competitions.
  • In the case of a shared horse, competitors must submit separate sheets for each horse/rider combination and the horse can only be entered once in any championship class.
  • Points to be gained by competing in dressage, showjumping and/or arena eventing only and at any live (not online) competition/show/event.
  • Dressage scores from anything other than a recognised BD test, will not be accepted. FSM tests not accepted.
  • Results from other disciplines and online competitions will not be accepted.
  • Evidence of results must be submitted. This can be a photo of the event scoreboard or screenshot of online results or a photo of the actual dressage test sheet and must have the date, venue, horse’s RoR registered name and be signed by the judge.
  • League score sheets must be returned by email and by or on the stated date for the results to be included. Communications via personal messaging platforms will not be accepted.
